This is confusing, checking boundary conditions is for simulation I think, but I need to check boundary conditions for PBG solver too ?

is setting boundary condition is related to “PGB band solver parameter”?

First of all thanks for your reply. You mean to say I have to define lattice constant like the one I have done in the screenshot below(screenshot 1) ?. Earlier I was defining it in “elliptical waveguide properties” as shown in screenshot 2
