Optiwave software can be used in different industries and applications, including Fiber Optic Communication, Sensing, Pharma/Bio, Military & Satcom, Test & Measurement, Fundamental Research, Solar Panels, Components / Devices, etc..
OptiSystem is a comprehensive software design suite that enables users to plan, test, and simulate optical links in the transmission layer of modern optical networks.
OptiSPICE is the first circuit design software for analysis of integrated circuits including interactions of optical and electronic components. It allows for the design and simulation of opto-electronic circuits at the transistor level, from laser drivers to transimpedance amplifiers, optical interconnects and electronic equalizers.
OptiFDTD is a powerful, highly integrated, and user friendly CAD environment that enables the design and simulation of advanced passive and non-linear photonic components.
OptiBPM is a comprehensive CAD environment used for the design of complex optical waveguides. Perform guiding, coupling, switching, splitting, multiplexing, and demultiplexing of optical signals in photonic devices.
OptiFiber The optimal design of a given optical communication system depends directly on the choice of fiber parameters. OptiFiber uses numerical mode solvers and other models specialized to fibers for calculating dispersion, losses, birefringence, and PMD.
Emerging as a de facto standard over the last decade, OptiGrating has delivered powerful and user friendly design software for modeling integrated and fiber optic devices that incorporate optical gratings.
OptiConverge is a collaborative integration framework that seamlessly combines two or more Optiwave products (e.g., OptiSystem, OptiSPICE, OptiFDTD, etc.) and other third party products into unified solutions. Designed to streamline complex workflows, it empowers users to achieve their goals faster by harnessing the collective power of our trusted Optiwave tools.

Thank you for the quick response. Info was helpful.
Yes i want to know both of them “plotting the BER vs Eye height and how it relies on the decision instant and plotting the BER vs Eye height for systems with different noise levels or laser powers”
To make it more clear. Am doing my project on “Design & simulation of QPSK modulator for optic inter satellite communication”
So now that i have QPSK design, I want to compare with other systems (BPSK,DUO binary, etc) and to show that QPSK is superior compared to others.
So i need some graphs with respect to parameters like BER,Q factor, wavelength, eye height, power etc.
Sorry for the trouble. Please assist me on the following.
I appreciate your great help.
Can you also please help me out in more doubts in Optisystem.
1) Theoretically for LEO/GEO satellites has min BER of 10^-9 to 10^-12.
but when am trying out designs like QPSK,BPSK,Duo-binary systems in eye diagram analysis, Min BER shows ‘0’.
how can i vary it or change it.
2) In optisystem in ‘report’ where we can view graphs. Is there any possibility to compare to parameters like BER vs Eye height etc..
How can i acheieve that.
Please go through and help me out.
As am running out of time for my project submission. am looking for more information on Optisystem.
i am working on optical communication project,Design of qpsk modulator using optisystem.please find the attachment below. can u please explain and give the detail working of it.its very much necessary.
